"America's Ugliest Office" contest seeking the country's most appalling office

From the piles of paper and floor-to-ceiling file folders, to an endless sea of sticky-notes, many consumers today face office, cubicle, and home office chaos. ACCO Brands is inviting workers nationwide to nominate the office spaces they believe qualify as “America's Ugliest Office” for a chance to win a trip for two to Maui, Hawaii and a prize package of innovative products. America will vote and determine the Ugliest Office winner, and all voters will also have the chance to instantly win a 42” big screen HDTV, just by voting.

From now until Nov. 30, ACCO Brands is searching for “America's Ugliest Office”, an online contest where consumers can enter and vote on the office space that needs the most saving grace. To enter the contest, consumers can upload digital pictures of their ugly office to www.americasugliestoffice.com with a brief commentary stating why their office is such a disgrace.

Contest Details

Consumers are encouraged to submit digital images of their ugly office now, and the Top 10 semifinalists will be announced on Oct. 15. The public will then be encouraged to return to www.americasugliestoffice.com to cast their votes for the most deserving of the 10 semifinalists. Final voting for “America's Ugliest Office” ends on Nov. 30 and the contest winner will be announced by Dec. 10th. Participants must by 18 years or older and legal residents of the United States. Limit one prize per household.

For those who don't have an office worthy of entering, there is still the opportunity to win. Visitors who vote in the contest can share in the excitement by winning instant prizes by simply voting online. Every vote submitted qualifies consumers for the chance to win a 42” HDTV instantly. Entrants and voters are also encouraged to refer a friend to vote for the winning office. If consumers refer a friend and that friend instantly wins an HDTV, the referrer wins too. Consumers are limited one vote per day per person.

For more information on this contest and its sponsor, visit www.americasugliestoffice.com.
